We appreciate your interest in booking the Finest Rocky Point Condo for your next vacation, special event or holiday stay! Below is our Rental Request Form, which we need to receive before booking your stay in our condo. We work very hard to make sure that our guests are well informed and enjoy a luxury vacation, with luxury surroundings, at an affordable price!
If you haven't already done so, please click on our "Calendar of Available Dates" link, located on the side-bar to your left. Our Calendar shows all of our open and booked rental dates, so that you can make sure that the dates you've chosen to stay are available. *We do our best to keep the Calendar up-to-date and current. Next, you will head back here and scroll down to fill out our Rental Request Form. If you have any questions or concerns, first take a look at our "FAQ" page, which provides a list of our most frequently asked questions. If your question isn't answered there, please contact us before filling out the Rental Request Form at: CustomerService@FinestRockyPointCondo.com.
After your Rental Request form is received, we'll promptly confirm whether the dates you've chosen are available. NOTE: We require a 50% deposit, payable by cashier's check or credit card. We are unable to hold the condo or guarantee your rental dates until your deposit is received. The balance of the rental amount must be paid at least one week prior to your arrival. You'll find all of the details regarding our rental costs by clicking on the "Pricing" link to the left. We are honest and up front about our pricing and promise that you will find no *surprise* or hidden fees upon your arrival.
After your down payment is received, you'll be sent a Vistor's Pack, via email. This will have driving instructions as well as lots of other information that will help make your stay fun, memorable and without unexpected incident.

*Though rare, during busy times of year we can receive many rental requests per day and there may be date requests that have been accepted, but not listed. We always do our best to accomodate our guests and respond to requests in a prompt and friendly manner!
