Below is our *per night* pricing.  There is a 15% discount for booking five day stay and a 20% for booking a seven day stay (discount applies before taxes).  We require that 50% of your total be paid in order to reserve your condo and the balance, plus a $150 refundable deposit, must be paid at least one week prior to your arrival.
